Vaccinations and any other private service (e.g. weight loss). Each appears in the Private services form and the Walk-in form with its price set automatically. Blood tests have their own list below.
Test prices, excluding collection. The collection charge is added once per order, however many tests the patient has. Changes apply to new records only — saved records keep the prices they were sold at.
Use only to correct an error. Physical count is always the source of truth.
For the currently selected vaccine type. Fixes a mistyped batch number on the live stock — the change is written as a traceable correction entry.

Upload the PMR patient list (CSV with name columns; date of birth and phone/mobile columns optional but recommended). The walk-in form and the Private services form then offer names from this list as you type, spelt exactly as the PMR has them — and a phone column fills the telephone number automatically on private records.
Everyone marked DNA in the diary, one line per patient, to contact again. Phone and NHS number come from the PMR patient list above, so re-upload it with an NHS number column for that to fill. Manager only. Contains patient data, so handle the download securely and delete it once the outreach is done.
